Panchshil Group

Panchshil Group is located in Vadgaon Sheri, specifically at S.No.2, Plot No 163. The building is known as Sharma Nivas. It’s right here in Pune - 411014. We’ve been operating out of this plot for a good amount of time. Vadgaon Sheri has changed a lot since we started. It’s much more crowded now with new shops and flats, but we’ve stayed in the same spot. Sharma Nivas is a sturdy building. It’s not a modern office tower, but it’s got everything we need to run things properly. We don't spend our time thinking of catchy slogans. We just focus on the daily tasks. Our team is small and we’ve worked together for years. We know the local shops and the people who live nearby. It’s a very grounded way to work. We don't have a big reception area or a PR person. If you come by, you’ll probably just see us at our desks or talking about a project. It’s straightforward. We try to keep things organized, though sometimes the office gets a bit cluttered when we’re especially busy. That’s just how it goes. We don't make big promises. We just show up and do what’s required. Pune-14 is our home base and we’re happy to be here. It’s a no-nonsense kind of place for no-nonsense work. We take it one day at a time and keep moving.
