Panchshil Constructions, Pune

Panchshil Constructions, Pune is actually based out of Pune, but we have this spot in Mumbai too. It’s located at S.R.P. Camp, Group No. 08, in Goregaon East. Mumbai 64 is a different pace than what we’re used to sometimes. The Goregaon area is always moving and shaking. We set up here because it made sense for the work we are doing. It’s not a polished showroom or anything like that. It’s more of a functional site office where we handle the real side of construction. There’s usually dust around and people coming in and out in boots or carrying plans. It’s a busy environment. We don't bother with fancy decor. We have maps on the walls and plenty of tea. People think construction is all big meetings, but mostly it’s just checking details and making sure everything is where it should be. We’ve been at this camp for a bit now. It’s a practical location for the staff. We don’t have a marketing department writing fancy stories about us. We’re just a bunch of people getting things built. Some days are long, especially when the weather isn’t helping or the transport is late. But we just keep at it. We know the Mumbai streets well by now. If you’re looking for us, you’ll find us near Group No. 08. It’s a working office, nothing more, nothing less. We just stay busy with the projects.
