We are based in Pune, specifically over in the 411033 area. Pancham Developers is the name on our door. We spend most of our time dealing with various building sites and a lot of paperwork. It is a busy life here in Maharashtra. Our office is a permanent spot where we handle all the planning and the coordination. There is usually a lot of blueprints lying around and phones ringing at odd hours. It isn't a glamorous job but someone has to do the building. We know the local streets and the way things work in this specific part of town. Sometimes projects take way longer than we want because of the weather or some stuff with materials, but we stay at it. It’s just how the building business goes. People come in to talk about houses or pieces of land. We try to keep it simple and honest with them. No big sales pitches or anything. Just showing what we have available at the moment. The team is quite small and we all know each other well. Pune is growing so fast, it is hard to keep up sometimes. We just focus on one project at a time and try not to get overwhelmed. The address is pretty easy to find if you are in the neighborhood. We’ve been here for a bit now and we plan to stay. Just regular people doing our jobs in the construction world. It gets hectic but we mostly like the work we do.
