Working at Level 5 in the 'C' Wing of Techpark 1 means we get a pretty good view of the area near the airport. Panama Security Solutions (I) Pvt. Ltd. is basically our second home. We spend a lot of time here looking at security plans and coordinating with our teams in the field. The planes taking off and landing nearby provide a constant background noise that you eventually stop noticing. Techpark 1 is a big place, and sometimes visitors get lost trying to find the right wing, but once they make it to the fifth floor, we’re right there. We have a fairly basic setup. A few meeting tables, a lot of monitors, and a corner where we keep the water cooler. It’s a professional environment but we don't bother with suits or anything too formal unless we absolutely have to. The 'C' wing is usually quieter than the others, which is nice for getting things done. We’ve noticed the area around the airport growing so fast over the last few years, with new buildings popping up everywhere. It’s changed the way we commute, that’s for sure. We just try to keep our heads down and focus on the work. Security isn't always exciting, but it’s necessary, so we make sure the details are right. We aren't a giant company, but we know what we are doing and we’ve been doing it for long enough that it feels like second nature now. It’s just us.
