Our office is located at 27/Kh in the E Ward, right over in M.S.E.B. Colony. Most people know the area because we are right opposite the Circuit House in Tarabai Park. It’s a decent spot in Kolhapur. We’ve been running Panacea Construction from this location for a while. The office isn't anything special to look at. It’s a practical space where we keep our blueprints, site files, and a lot of muddy boots. Construction is a messy business, so we don't worry too much about the floor being perfectly clean all the time. People come in and out, usually coming from a site or heading to one. It can get a bit loud when everyone is talking at once. We’ve got some old chairs for visitors and a coffee machine that works when it feels like it. Living and working in Kolhapur means we know the local climate and the way things move around here. We aren't into those big corporate presentations. We just talk about the work that needs doing today. Some days we are stuck behind the desk all afternoon doing paperwork, which isn't the fun part, but it's necessary. We know the neighbors and the people at the gate. It’s a steady pace of life. We do our bits and pieces and try to keep things moving along without too much fuss. That is basically who we are and what happens here.
