Our office is in the Kunal Ozone building, which is over in Shivaji Nagar. We are up on the fourth floor, in Flat No. 401. Pacharne Realty Llp has been working out of this spot for a while now. Shivaji Nagar is a busy area, and being in a building like Kunal Ozone makes it easy for people to find us. We aren't one of those places with a big receptionist or a waiting room full of magazines. It’s more of a functional space where we get our work done. We deal with real estate, mostly helping folks find a place to live or work. It’s a lot of phone calls and looking through different property documents. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when three things happen at once, but we manage. We’re just regular people trying to do a good job. We don’t use those slick sales pitches you hear from big developers. Instead, we just tell it like it is. If a place has a leaky roof or bad parking, we’ll probably mention it. We think it’s better that way. The team is small, so you usually end up talking to the same person every time you call. It makes things simpler. We like being in this part of town because everything we need is close by. It’s a practical location for a practical business. We’ll be here if anyone needs us, just doing our thing in our own corner of the city.
