P3 Propeties Developers

Our office for P3 Propeties Developers is over in Chinchwadgaon. If you know where Anusaya Mangal Karyalaya is, we are right across from it. It is a pretty busy spot in Pune. We share the space with Jitendra Kolhapure's setup in Ganesh Qualiny. It is not a huge office, just a place where we sit and look at maps and property papers all day long. The Keshav Nagar area is always growing and changing, so there is always someone coming by to ask about land or new buildings. We do not have a fancy lobby with a fountain or anything like that. It is just some basic chairs and a few desks where we handle all the paperwork. Most of our time is spent talking to contractors on the phone or checking on how things are going at different sites around the city. The city is expanding fast, and we are right in the middle of all that noise. Sometimes the traffic outside makes it hard to hear ourselves think, but we get by just fine. We have been at this for a while now and we know the neighbors and the local shops around here. It is a decent place to work. We don't do big marketing pushes or anything. People usually just find us because they live nearby or heard about us from a friend. It’s a straightforward way to run a business.
