We are P S Developers, and our main spot is at 10/55 in the Arvind Society, which is part of Anand Nagar on Sinhgad Road in Pune. It’s a pretty active part of the city, and we’ve seen a lot of changes around here lately. We mostly focus on development projects, which means we’re often out looking at plots of land or checking on how a new building is coming along. Being based in a residential society like Arvind Society keeps us close to the kind of work we do. We’re not some huge firm; it’s just a small group of us who know the Pune real estate scene fairly well. A lot of our time is spent dealing with the local authorities and getting all the permits and papers in order, which can be a bit of a slow process sometimes. We also talk to contractors and workers to make sure the construction is actually happening the way it’s supposed to. Sinhgad Road can get really crowded, so we try to plan our site visits around the traffic as much as we can. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure everyone is on the same page. We don't use any fancy marketing tricks; we just tell people what we're doing and try to build things that will actually last for people. It's a lot of responsibility, but we've been doing it long enough that we know what to expect from the local Pune market.
