P S Developer

Our office is located at 101 Shivaji Nagar in Fortune Plaza, which is right near Sancheti Hospital. P S Developer is just a small group of us working on various building and construction projects around the city. We spend most of our days looking over maps, talking to laborers, and dealing with all the paperwork that comes with developing land. It is a lot of back and forth between the office and the actual sites. Construction is rarely a smooth process, so there is always some problem or another to solve. We've seen a lot of changes in this neighborhood over the years. Some days we are stuck in meetings, and other days we are out in the dust at a job site. The office here is usually full of rolls of blueprints and coffee mugs. We don't have a big corporate feel or a huge team of people. It is more of a practical setup where we can actually get things done. Being close to the hospital means it’s always busy outside on the street. We’ve learned that building things takes a lot of patience and time. We are just local people trying to make a living by putting up buildings that people can actually use. It is a lot of hard work and long hours, but it’s what we do. We just focus on the next project and try to keep things moving.
