Our main place is Manikchand House on Kennedy Road in Pune. It’s a pretty well-known building in the area, so most people don't have a hard time finding us at 100/101. We’ve been here in Pune City for a long time. The office has a bit of an older feel to it, which we actually prefer over those new glass boxes. It has some character. We go about our business every day without making a lot of noise or fuss. It’s a solid old building and our rooms are filled with the usual stuff you'd expect to see in a working office. You’ll probably see stacks of paper and a few empty tea cups if you happen to drop by in the afternoon. We don’t really follow a strict handbook or have corporate rules for everything. If something needs to be fixed, one of us just fixes it. If someone has a new idea, we talk it over while we eat lunch. It’s a very straightforward and honest way of doing things. Kennedy Road can get really crowded with traffic, especially when school lets out, but inside it’s mostly just the sound of us working. We aren't trying to be the biggest foundation or the one with the fanciest office. We just want to do our part and keep everything running. It’s about showing up and being consistent.
