P One Infrastructure Private Limited is based right in the heart of Pune, over at Shukrawar Peth. Our office is in G 1 of Sathe Chambers, which is a building most locals recognize. Working in infrastructure means we deal with a lot of big projects that involve roads, bridges, and general building work around the city. Pune is always changing, and there’s always some new construction happening somewhere, so we stay quite busy throughout the year. A typical day for us involves a lot of site visits and sitting down with the blueprints at the office. It’s a lot of technical work, but we try to keep it simple when we explain things to others. We aren't a giant corporation with thousands of people; we’re a dedicated group that knows the local terrain. The traffic in Pune can be a real headache when we’re trying to get equipment from one side of town to the other, but we’ve learned the shortcuts over the years. We spend a lot of time at 678 Shukrawar Peth getting the planning side of things sorted out. It’s not just about the big machines; it’s about the people doing the digging and the pouring. We try to be straightforward in how we work. No big words or complicated promises, just focusing on getting the infrastructure built so the city can keep moving.
