Oxford Properties is over here in Jai Jawan Nagar. We've been at S.No-14 for a while now, right in the Yerawada part of Pune. Since it’s a busy spot, we end up meeting a lot of local folks. People often drop by the office to talk about buildings or plots they're looking at. Most of the day-to-day work is handled by us. Keeping things moving with the local properties is the main goal. Spending all our time here means we know the neighborhood really well. Even though Maharashtra is huge, Pune is just home. Usually, our desk is covered in papers and maps. The traffic outside gets loud sometimes, but that's just part of being in this neighborhood. Keeping things straightforward is how we like to operate. If someone asks about a site, we tell them what we know without any fancy talk. Dealing with real estate around Yerawada is just what we do. From morning till evening, the job keeps us pretty busy. Most visitors are just neighbors or people looking to find a place in the city. Instead of a corporate lobby, we just have some chairs and a desk. A simple setup is all we need. Our focus stays on the properties around S.No-14 and the nearby streets. That's pretty much who we are. It's just local business life for us here in Maharashtra.
