About Oxford Properties – Metals & Minerals in Pune
If you go to Dange Chowk in Thergaon, you will find us in Sonigara Park. Our office is A-204, so it’s up on the second floor. Pune traffic is famous, and Dange Chowk is one of the places where it’s usually at its worst. I spend a lot of my morning just looking out the window at the bikes and cars stuck below. We work on property stuff, so people are always calling to ask about rents or if there’s a flat for sale nearby. The office is pretty simple—just some chairs, a big table, and a lot of maps of the local area pinned to the walls. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing person; we just talk to people who walk in. Most of the time, I’m out showing someone a house or checking on a building, so the office sits empty for an hour or two. We have a small water cooler that makes a loud noise every time someone uses it. It’s a bit of a messy desk situation with all the keys and lease agreements lying around. Chinchwad and Thergaon have changed so much lately, with new buildings going up every week. We try to keep track of it all, but it’s hard. It is just basic work, helping folks find a place to stay without making it too complicated.
