Otter Controls India Private Limited is based out of Shed Number 4 and 6 in the U Turn Industrial Hub. It’s located in Kharabwadi, Chakan, which is a big industrial zone. It’s pretty dusty around here with all the trucks moving in and out. Our workspace is basically a couple of big industrial sheds. It stays cool in the mornings but gets warm in the afternoons. We do control systems and parts here. There is a lot of metalwork and assembly happening. You’ll hear the sound of machines and tools most of the day. We don't have a carpeted office or anything like that. It’s concrete floors and metal racks. The staff here mostly lives nearby. We have tea breaks together outside the shed when the weather is nice. Chakan is a busy place, and being in the U Turn hub makes it easy for us to get our supplies. We've been here for a while and have seen the hub grow. We focus on getting the orders right and shipping them out on time. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s steady. We keep things simple. If a machine needs fixing, we fix it. If an order is late, we work extra hours to catch up. That’s just how we operate. No big speeches, just daily work in the shed. We like the industrial life and the people we work with every day. It’s hard work, but it keeps us busy and the bills paid.
