Otis Elevators Co (I) Ltd.

We’re located in the Chitrakuti Apartments on Prabhat Road in Erandawana. Our office is at 115/1, right across from the Income Tax Lane. It’s a nice enough part of Pune, and we’ve been here for a while now. The office isn't anything special to look at. It’s mostly just a place where we manage the elevator service for this side of town. We have a lot of paperwork and technical drawings spread out on the tables. Most of the time, our technicians are out at different sites, so the office can be a bit quiet during the middle of the day. But in the mornings, it’s a different story with everyone getting their assignments. We don't use corporate jargon or try to sound like we’re in a movie. We’re just local staff who understand how elevators work. Sometimes the equipment is heavy and the jobs are tough, but we just get on with it. We know the Erandawana area well and like being part of the community here. There’s no big reception area or coffee bar. Just some desks and the tools of our trade. We keep things honest and simple. If there’s a problem with a lift nearby, we’re usually the ones heading out to take a look. It’s a steady job and we’re happy to be doing it from our little spot in Chitrakuti Apts.
