Down here on Vitthalwadi Road, we’ve got our office at number 50 in the Shivprasad Society. It’s a quiet enough spot in the Panmala area of Pune. We’ve been operating from this location for quite some time now. Most of our day is spent coordinating with the mechanics who go out to the residential complexes around Maharashtra. The office is tucked away, so it doesn’t feel like a big corporate building at all. It’s more like a local base of operations. We have stacks of files and various elevator components lying around most of the time. It’s not the neatest place, but we know where everything is. The team here is small and we all know each other well. We handle a lot of the logistical stuff that keeps the elevators in the city running. Sometimes it gets stressful when there are a lot of service calls, but we just take it one step at a time. Living and working in Pune means we deal with the traffic and the weather just like everyone else. We don’t go in for big speeches or polished presentations. We just focus on the job at hand. If you pass by Shivprasad Society, you’ll likely see some of our guys loading up their kits. It’s honest, hands-on work. We’re just regular people trying to make sure the elevators don’t let anyone down today.
