We've been working out of the Om Terrace building in Kothrud for a while now. Most people around here know us from the spot near Ved Vihar. It’s a busy area, but our office at A-4 is where we keep things running. Working with elevators means we’re usually out on sites or dealing with mechanical stuff all day. It’s not a fancy setup. The office is basically a hub for the team to coordinate repairs and check schedules. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when parts arrive or when everyone is heading out to different buildings at once. We’ve got a small crew here. We mostly focus on making sure the lifts in the local apartments and commercial blocks are moving like they should. It’s practical work. You’ll see our vans parked nearby often. We know the roads around Ved Bhavan pretty well by now. If you're looking for us, we're right there at Om Terrace. We don't spend much time on decorations or anything. Just desks, some tools, and a lot of logbooks. People stop by to drop off paperwork or ask about maintenance timelines. It’s just the daily grind for us. We keep things simple and try to stay on top of the calls coming in from the neighborhood. It’s steady work, and we like being part of the Kothrud community. Nothing flashy, just the local Otis team doing what needs to be done.
