Osho International Foundation

Osho International Foundation has its office at 122 Phulenagar in Pune. We are located quite close to the R.T.O in Yerwada. It’s a busy part of the city, and there’s always something happening right outside our gates. The building itself is simple and functional. We spend our days handling the administrative side of things, sorting through papers, and answering the phone. Pune is a great city, though the traffic near Yerwada can be a real challenge at times. We have a small group of people working here who have been with us for years. We aren't a corporate office with a lot of rules about what to wear or how to talk. We just get the work done in a way that makes sense to us. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when we have a lot of visitors or deliveries arriving all at once, but we manage. The neighborhood has a lot of small shops and eateries, so we usually head out for lunch at one of the local spots. Our space is filled with books and files, and it feels more like a lived-in home than a workplace sometimes. We don't feel the need to be promotional about what we do. We are just here in Phulenagar, keeping the foundation’s tasks moving along and helping out where we can. It’s steady work and it keeps us grounded. We don't change much as the years go by.
