Our business is located at No. 3002 in Rajguru Nagar, which is part of the Khed area. It’s quite a way out from the city, so it’s a lot more peaceful than the typical industrial hubs. We deal with fertilizers and chemicals, and being based in Khed puts us closer to the people who actually use our products. The office is a very basic structure. We have a couple of rooms for the staff and a larger area where we keep some of the supplies ready for transport. The furniture is all practical and looks like it has been there for years. We don't really care about having a modern look. What matters is that we have enough space to handle the orders that come in from the local farmers and distributors. The weather out here can get really dusty, especially during the dry season, so we are always cleaning off the desks. We have a small team, and we usually just sit together and talk through what needs to be done each morning. There isn't any middle management or complicated hierarchy here. We just work. The drive out to Rajguru Nagar is long, but once you’re here, the pace of life is much slower. We take our time with the work and make sure the paperwork is handled correctly. It’s a simple, rural way of doing business, and it seems to suit us just fine.
