People usually find us by looking for Shahnai Garden right across the street. We’re in Shop No. 1 and 2 at Sonatuka on Wakad Road. It’s a busy spot in Pimpde-Nilakh. We started Oreintal Lifestyles because we liked the idea of having a local place for home things. It isn't a massive showroom with fancy lights, just a couple of shops packed with items. Most days it’s just us moving furniture around or checking the new stock that came in. The traffic on the road can be a bit much, especially during the evenings when everyone is heading home from work. We spend a lot of time just talking to folks who walk in while they're waiting for their bus or finishing their grocery shopping at Jagtap Dairy nearby. We don’t really do big advertisements. Most people just see the sign when they're passing by or hear about us from a neighbor who bought a lamp or a vase here last month. Sometimes the shop gets a bit cluttered because we try to fit a lot in, but that’s just how it goes when you’re trying to offer a variety. We try to keep things simple and honest. If a piece of furniture has a tiny scratch, we tell you. We aren't trying to be some high-end corporate outlet. It’s just a regular business where we show up every morning, open the shutters, and see who comes through the door.
