Optime

Our office is located in the Blue Bells building, which is part of Gulmohar City near the Hadapsar Bypass. It’s a bit of a trek to get here if you’re coming from the main city, but the area is growing fast. We’re in unit 604. It’s a regular office space with a few desks and some computers. We don’t have a big team, just a handful of us working on various projects. Kharadi has become quite a hub, so there’s always construction noise nearby. We’ve been in this spot for a couple of years now. Before this, we were working out of a much smaller place. The view from the window is mostly other buildings and some of the bypass traffic. We keep things pretty low-key. No big signs or anything. Most of our work is done over the phone or through email, so we don't get many visitors. When we do, we usually just pull up an extra chair. It’s a practical setup. We make our own tea in the small pantry. We aren't some flashy startup with a ping-pong table. We just come in, do the work that needs doing, and head home. Sometimes we stay late when a project is due, but mostly we stick to a normal schedule. The building security knows us well by now. It's a decent place to work, and we just keep things moving along without making a big deal of it. It’s not a complicated setup, but it works for what we do.
