Our office is located at S. No. 14/1/2 in Thite Wasti. We are right across from the Kharat Bungalow in the Kharadi area of Pune. Opm Mutualcare Nidhi Limited isn't a massive corporate entity. We are just a small group of people working in this part of town. The neighborhood is always changing, but we stay right here. We do a lot of work with local residents who need a place for their savings. It is a mutual benefit setup, so it is really about the people who join us. We don't have any flashy signs or high-tech lobbies. It is mostly just a bunch of desks and some chairs for when people come in to sign papers. Sometimes the street outside gets a bit noisy with traffic, but it is a good location because everyone knows where the Kharat Bungalow is. We have been handling these financial tasks for a while now. We try to be helpful and straightforward. There isn't any hidden agenda. We just look at the numbers and help people manage what they have. Most of our day is spent talking to members and filling out forms. It is honest work and we are glad to be doing it here in Pune. If you are in the Thite Wasti area, you'll see us. It’s a plain office, but it works for us and our members. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
