Our office is Flat Number 4 in the Park Avenue building, which is in the Bhangarwadi area of Lonavala. We are located quite close to Shradha Hospital. It might seem a bit unusual to have an agrotechnology company in a residential flat, but it works for us. We focus on the technology side of agriculture, so we do not need a big barn or a field right outside our door. Most of our day is spent at desks, working through problems and trying to come up with better ways for things to be done in the agro sector. Lonavala is a nice place to be based, especially when the weather is good. We are a small group of people, and we do not have a corporate hierarchy. Everyone just chips in where they can. We do not have a polished image or a marketing strategy. We are just a small team trying to make a difference in our own way. Sometimes we get distracted by the view or the rain, but we always get back to the work. It is a low-key operation without any of the typical corporate frills. We do not use jargon or try to sound more important than we are. We are just here in Bhangarwadi, doing our thing and seeing where it takes us. It is a quiet, steady way to run a business and we like the location. It's peaceful enough to think.
