Opel Telecom Incorporation

Opel Telecom is tucked away in the Market Yard at Vertex Plaza. We are at 101/117, E-23-25, and the easiest way to find us is to look for the State Bank of India because we are right behind it. Being in the Market Yard means it’s always loud and there are people moving boxes everywhere, which we kind of like. We handle all sorts of telecom equipment and parts. The shop is usually crowded with boxes of cables and different phone systems. It’s a bit of a maze inside Vertex Plaza, but once you find our door, it’s all hands on deck. I’ve been working here for years and it’s a lot of testing lines and making sure everything connects right. It’s practical work, nothing too flashy. Some days are just spent sorting through inventory or helping a customer find a specific adapter they can’t get anywhere else. The coffee guy comes around twice a day and that’s usually the highlight of the afternoon. We don’t have a big marketing department or anything, it’s just us answering phones and fixing setups. The location is good for business because everyone comes to the bank anyway. We keep the place running and try to stay organized, even though the sheer amount of wire we have makes that hard sometimes. It’s just a normal shop doing its thing in a busy part of town, keeping the phones working. We like the hustle of the market yard and being right in the middle of it all.
