Onyx Proptech Private Limited

We are over here at Onyx Proptech Private Limited, located right on North Main Road in Koregaon Park. If you know the area, it's pretty busy most of the time with cars and people always on the move. Our office is up on the seventh floor, office number 702 to be exact, inside the Onyx building at S.No.37/3 and 37/4. It is just a normal workspace where we spend most of our days looking at property data and talking to people about tech and real estate stuff. We don't have anything too fancy going on here, just a bunch of desks, some computers, and usually some half-empty cups of tea sitting around. The walk from the parking lot can be a bit of a hassle when it’s raining, but the view from the seventh floor is okay when you need a break from the screen. We have been in this spot for a while now, dealing with the daily traffic of Koregaon Park and trying to keep up with all the changes in the neighborhood. Some days are loud because of the street noise, and other days it’s just us typing away. We don't really do the big corporate speeches or have long meetings that go nowhere. We just focus on the work that needs to get done for our clients and handle the paperwork. It’s a practical setup for a team that spends a lot of time on their feet or on the phone.
