We don't have any of those minimalist designs you see in magazines. It’s mostly desks, computers, and a lot of technical manuals lying around. We spend our time looking at equipment specs and talking to clients about what they need for their specific projects. It’s not the most glamorous work, but it’s what we know. The team here is small. We don't have a hierarchy that feels like a big corporation. Usually, if something needs doing, whoever is free just grabs it and starts working. We have a small pantry where we make our own coffee and eat lunch together most days. It’s a quiet atmosphere for the most part, until a big project comes in and then it gets a bit frantic with people running around. We’ve had to learn a lot over the years about how to keep things organized in a small space. We don’t really have a sales pitch. We just tell people what we have and what it does. If they like it, they buy it. That’s about as complicated as it gets for us. The parking downstairs is a mess, but the view from the window is okay. We’re just a bunch of people working in a typical office.
