ONE SMART SYNDICATE NIDHI LIMITED

We are over here in the DB Realty SRA project building. It’s right near that bus stop in Mahul Chembur. We set this up because people in the neighborhood needed a spot to handle their money matters without going all the way into the main city traffic. It's building number 19, on the fifth floor. We spend most of our days here talking to folks who live in the SRA flats. It’s a busy area but we like the pace. Most of us grew up around Mumbai or nearby, so we know how things work here. There isn't much to say other than we're a small team. We just keep our books in order and wait for people to drop by. Sometimes the lift acts up, but we're usually here. It’s just a plain office, nothing fancy. We deal with the paperwork and try to make sense of all the rules that come with being a Nidhi company. It's a lot of sitting and checking numbers, really. If you're walking past the DB Reality SRA bus stop, you've probably seen our building. We've been at this for a bit now. It’s steady work and it keeps us occupied. We try to be helpful when neighbors ask about how to save a bit of their monthly pay. That’s pretty much the whole story of us. We are just trying to be a useful part of the Chembur community.
