Our place is located in Sadashiv Peth, right above Pannalal Lunkand on Kumthekar Road. If you know where the Sawan Sadi Centre is, we are just near that spot at survey number 648. It’s a busy part of Pune, especially with all the shops around here. Traffic can be a bit of a nightmare during the festival season, but we manage. We spend most of our day dealing with parcels and cargo shipments. The office isn't huge, but we use every bit of space for sorting the deliveries. Sometimes the stacks of boxes get a bit high, but we know where everything is. We have a lot of local shopkeepers who come in to send out their goods. It’s a lot of back and forth, checking addresses and making sure the labels are stuck on tight. We don't have a big fancy reception, just a counter and some chairs. It gets dusty with the windows open to the road, but that's just how it is in this area. We’ve been operating from this building for quite some time. People drop by, ask about rates, and leave their packages. We try to keep the paperwork simple. It's a lot of manual work, moving things around and keeping track of the schedules. It's a basic setup, but it works for what we do every day here in the heart of the city, and we just keep pushing through the daily rush.
