Omsai Multiple Nidhi Limited

Omsai Multiple Nidhi Limited is located over in Punawale, which is part of the Mulshi taluka in Pune. Our office is set up across CTS numbers 478 to 482. Punawale has changed a lot lately with all the new construction, but we still try to keep that local feel. We are a Nidhi company, so we are all about mutual benefit for the members who live and work around here. The office is a practical space where we handle the daily transactions. It’s not one of those high-rise glass buildings you see in other parts of Pune. It’s a much more grounded environment. We spend our time managing deposits and looking over loan applications from people we often see at the local market. There is a lot of paperwork involved in keeping things legal and transparent, so our desks are usually piled with files. We don't really do the whole corporate branding thing. We just tell people where we are and what we do, and if they want to join the Nidhi, they can. Most of our growth comes from one person telling another about us. It’s slow and steady, which is fine by us. We stay open during regular hours and there is usually someone here to answer questions, even if we are just sitting there drinking tea and waiting for the next member to walk in. It’s just a normal day-to-day operation without any extra fuss.
