Omkar Developers

Omkar Developers is based out of Laxminagar in the Parvati area of Pune. We’ve been at this address, 31/239, for a long time. Parvati is a busy place, and being right in the middle of it keeps us on our toes. We are a small team that focuses on developing local properties. It’s not a high-pressure corporate environment here. We mostly sit around the desk, drink some chai, and figure out the logistics for our next project. The office is a bit cramped because we have so many maps and documents piled up, but it feels like home to us. We’ve seen Pune change so much over the last decade, and we’ve tried to contribute to that in our own small way. We don't have a receptionist or a fancy waiting room. If you come by, you’ll probably just find one of us on the phone or looking over some plans. We prefer it that way. It keeps things simple and direct. Dealing with land and buildings can be complicated with all the permits and regulations, but we just take it one step at a time. We don't try to be something we’re not. We’re just developers who live and work in the same neighborhood. Our reputation mostly comes from people seeing what we’ve built and asking who did the work. That’s more than enough for us. It’s a rewarding job despite the occasional headaches with paperwork.
