Omkar Counstraction

We are located at Kunal Residency, specifically A6/13 in Dattnagar. It’s a residential area in Pune, so it’s usually pretty quiet around our office. We’ve been here at Omkar Counstraction for a few years now. It’s a small operation, mostly run by a few of us who have been in the building trade for a long time. We chose Dattnagar because it’s central enough to get to different parts of Maharashtra without too much trouble. Our space is filled with blueprints, samples of tiles, and a lot of half-empty water bottles. It’s not the neatest office you’ll ever see, but we know where everything is. We handle a variety of local jobs. Sometimes it’s a small renovation and other times it’s something bigger. We don’t really go in for big speeches or polished presentations. We just talk to people about what they need and see if we can do it for a fair price. The spelling of our name is a bit different, but it’s what we’ve used from the start. We find that being honest about what can be done in a certain timeframe works better than promising things we can't deliver. Most of the guys we hire live nearby too. It’s a local effort through and through. We just show up, do the work, and go home to our families at the end of the day. It isn't fancy work, but it’s what we know how to do.
