We are located on the first floor at 193/1, M. G. Road. If you know the area, you know how busy it gets around here. It’s a lot of traffic and people walking by all day long. Being on the first floor is good because we can see what's happening outside without being right in the middle of the sidewalk. Omkar Avas Properties has been at this spot for a while. We mainly deal with local property stuff, helping people find what they’re looking for. It’s a pretty simple office setup. We’ve got some desks, a lot of folders, and a coffee machine that works most of the time. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or anything. We’d rather just get the work done. The M.G. Road location is convenient because everything is close by, but finding parking can be a real pain sometimes. We usually tell people to come by in the morning when it's a bit quieter. Our team is just a few folks who have lived around here and know the streets well. We don't try to be anything we’re not. It’s just a local business trying to keep things moving. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking out different sites. It keeps us on our feet. If you’re ever walking down M.G. Road and need a place to talk about properties, you can find us upstairs.
