Omkar Associates

Our little office is at Parvati Ghorpade Peth 19. It’s not a big corporate space, just a room with some desks, a lot of files, and a teapot that’s usually going. At Omkar Associates, we spend our days helping people figure out property stuff. Whether it’s sorting out old land records, dealing with the municipal office, or helping someone find a small place to rent, we’ve seen a bit of everything. Ghorpade Peth is a traditional neighborhood, and we like it that way. We know the people who live nearby and the history of many of the buildings around here. Dealing with government paperwork is usually a slow and frustrating process, but we’re used to it. We don't make big promises about how fast things will happen because we know how the system works. We just try to be honest and get the documents filed correctly so there aren't problems later. People stop by all the time just to ask a quick question or to get a document stamped. We don't have a marketing strategy; we just try to be helpful and stay organized with our paperwork. It’s a quiet kind of work compared to construction, but it keeps us on our toes with all the rules and regulations changing all the time.
