Omega Promoters

Omega Promoters is situated out in Wakad at survey number 273/1, which is the 174/175 spot. We are right on Baner Road, which has changed a lot over the years. If you are driving down that way, look for Shree Nursery because we are directly across from it. It is a very busy road these days with all the new shops and people moving into the area. Our office is the hub where we handle all of our promoter work. We are not a huge company with hundreds of employees. It is more of a local operation where we know the land and the neighborhood quite well. Being in Wakad means we get to see all the development happening around us every day. There are always new buildings going up and the whole area feels like it is growing. We just focus on our specific projects and try to keep things moving along. Having the nursery across the street is helpful because it makes giving directions much easier for us. We spend most of our days either on the phone or meeting with people to discuss land deals and building plans. It is practical, everyday work. We do not use a lot of complicated words to describe what we do here. We just help put construction projects together. Sometimes the office gets a little dusty because of the nearby construction, but that is just how it goes in a developing place like Baner Road. We are usually here if anyone needs to chat about property or stuff like that.
