Our workspace is in Flat No. 5 of the Sukhasger Housing Society in Pimpri. It’s located in Nehrunager. We’ve been operating out of this flat for a while now. It’s not a huge office, but it works for what we do. We spend our time dealing with various promoter tasks and checking on different sites around Pune. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so it stays relatively quiet during the day, which is nice for getting work done. We have our computers set up and files stacked in the corners. It’s a very basic environment. We don't have a big sign outside or a lobby. It’s just us working through our daily lists. Sometimes we have meetings at the small table we squeezed into the main room. We try to keep things moving along. Pimpri is a bit away from the main city center, but we like the pace here. We’ve gotten used to the layout of the society and know most of the people living nearby. It’s a bit of a trek when we have to go into the city, but we manage. We aren't doing anything flashy. We just handle the business stuff that comes our way and keep our records straight. It’s just a regular day-to-day operation for us. We’ve been here at 412113 for a good stretch of time and it suits us fine for our needs.
