We are Omega Promoters Pvt.Ltd and you can find us at Dhamale Complex. It is tucked away behind Pawar Hospital in the Balaji Nagar area of Dhanakawadi, Pune. Being behind a hospital means it is always a bit active around here with people coming and going. The complex itself is where we do all our daily work. We are not a big corporation with hundreds of people, just a small group handling promoter stuff for the Pune area. Our office has the basics, like desks and some files and a tea kettle that gets a lot of use. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out at different sites, but this is where we come back to do the office work. Dhanakawadi is a busy place and finding a spot to park near Balaji Nagar can be a real headache sometimes. Anyway, we have been here for a while and we know the neighborhood pretty well. We do not have any big flashy advertisements. Most of our work comes from people just knowing we are here in the complex. We handle whatever comes our way, from small land issues to bigger projects. It is just us doing our thing every day. The office gets a bit dusty because of the road work nearby but we do not mind too much. It is just how it is when you are working in a growing city like Pune. We keep things moving and stay focused on the tasks.
