We are Omega Promoters Pvt.Ltd and our office is at 11, Datta Chowk in Mundhawa. We are located pretty close to Lonkar Vidyalaya, which is a good landmark if you are trying to find us. Mundhawa is an interesting part of Pune because it is right between the old areas and the new developments. Our place is simple and serves as the main hub for our promoter work. We do not have a big fancy lobby or a receptionist in a suit. It is just us in a regular room with our computers and a lot of property files. We spend our time managing different projects and making sure the paperwork is moving through the right channels. Sometimes it gets a bit dusty around Datta Chowk with all the traffic and the wind, but we do not mind. We have been working in Pune 36 for some time now and we know the local scene quite well. We do not use any marketing speak or try to sound like a big multinational. We are just local people who know about land and buildings. Most of our day is spent talking to contractors or clients and trying to keep everything organized. It is not always perfect, and sometimes things take longer than we want, but we keep at it. If you are near the school, we are just a short walk away. We keep our operations practical and straightforward because that is what our work requires.
