Our office for Omega Promoters Pvt. Ltd is at No 48, S No 213 in North Rajiv Nagar. That is over in Viman Nagar, Pune-14. Viman Nagar is a pretty fast-paced area because of the airport nearby and all the new shops popping up everywhere. We are tucked away in Rajiv Nagar, which is a bit more residential. We spend our days dealing with the usual property promoter tasks. It is mostly about keeping up with the documents and making sure we know what is happening with our different sites. The office is pretty basic and we do not spend much on decorations or anything like that. We have got our desks and a lot of folders piled up. Sometimes it gets a bit loud outside with the planes or the traffic, but we are used to it by now. We are just a local group of people working together. We do not have any big corporate mission or fancy slogans. We just show up in the morning, do what needs to be done, and try to keep things organized. If you are coming from the main part of Viman Nagar, it is not too far of a drive. Most people in the area know the general layout of North Rajiv Nagar so we are not too hard to find. We just do our work, talk to our clients, and try to stay on top of the local property market as best as we can.
