Our office is G-505 in Bharti Vihar, which is located in Katraj, Pune-46. Being up here in Katraj means we get a bit of a breeze sometimes, though the city is definitely catching up to us. Omega Promoters Pvt Ltd operates out of this apartment complex. It’s a regular residential area, so it’s not like those big glass towers you see in the IT parks. We prefer it this way. It’s quieter and feels more like real life. Inside the office, it’s mostly just desks and cabinets full of project files. We spend a lot of time on the phone or meeting with people who want to talk about development. There is usually a stack of blueprints on the table and a half-empty box of pens. We aren’t really into the whole marketing thing. We just focus on the technical side of things and making sure the paperwork gets through the right channels. Sometimes we have to head out to site visits, so the office might be empty for an hour or two, but someone is usually around. We’ve been in Bharti Vihar for a while, and the security guards at the gate know us well. It’s a practical setup for a company like ours. We don't need much more than a good internet connection and a place to sit. It’s a straightforward way to run a business in Pune. Most of our clients are people who appreciate a simple and honest approach to work.
