Omega Promoters Pvt Ltd is based at Flat No. 2 in the Amrutniwas Co-Op Society. We are right there at 391 Guruwar Peth, near Phulwala Chowk in Pune-411042. It’s an old part of the city, and the streets can get quite narrow and crowded, especially during the festivals. Our office is a simple flat that we’ve converted into a workspace. It feels like a home, which is nice because we spend so much time here anyway. There is a lot of history in Guruwar Peth, and we like being part of that fabric. We deal with building projects and land, so we spend a lot of time looking at maps and legal papers. Sometimes the chai wala from downstairs brings us tea and we take a break for a few minutes. It isn't a high-pressure corporate environment. We just do our tasks and try to keep things moving along. If you’re coming to see us, finding parking near Phulwala Chowk can be a bit of a challenge, so most people just walk or take a rickshaw. We don’t have a website with flashy photos or anything. Most of our work comes from people who know us from the neighborhood. We’ve been at Amrutniwas for a long time now. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but the work we do inside is what matters. It’s a solid, honest operation and we’re happy to be here. We hope to stay here for many more years to come.
