Omega Promoters Pvt Ltd is based in Wakad, right on the Dattanagar-Wakad Thergaon Road. Specifically, we are at Survey No. 74 in Pune-27. Wakad has changed so much since we first started; it used to be mostly fields, and now there are buildings everywhere you look. We are right in the middle of all that growth. Our office is a practical space where we handle the day-to-day operations of the company. It’s not a showroom. It’s a place where we sit down and look at layouts, talk to contractors, and deal with the local authorities. There’s always a bit of dust because of the construction nearby, but that’s just part of life in this part of town. We don’t have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy brochures for us. We just tell people what we do and show them the work. It’s a very hands-on kind of business. We spend a lot of time driving between the office and various sites. When we are here, we’re usually buried in paperwork or on the phone. The office furniture is a bit old, but it does the job. We like the energy of Wakad.
