Omega Premises

If you're looking for us, we are located at 929 Deccan 2nd Main, right near the 3rd Cross in Vijayananda Nagar. We run things out of Mantri House. Omega Premises is basically just a group of us taking care of the spaces and making sure everything is in order. It’s a quiet enough spot, though the traffic on the main road can pick up in the afternoons. The office is a bit small, but it fits what we need. We spend a lot of time on the phone or walking through the different areas we manage. It's a lot of maintenance talk and checking on repairs, really. Sometimes the coffee machine breaks and that's the biggest drama of the week. We’ve been in this neighborhood for a bit and have seen it change quite a lot over the years. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there; we just want to make sure the lights stay on and the walls stay painted. People stop by to ask about rentals or just to drop off papers. It’s a straightforward way to earn a living. We keep our files organized, or at least we try to when it’s not too busy. That’s us in a nutshell, just working away at Mantri House. We don't have a big corporate team, just a few people who know how to handle the daily tasks that come with looking after property and dealing with tenants.
