Our office, Omega Pramoters & Builders, is located over at Senadatt Peth in Pune. We are staying at C/O L G Belsare’s place, number 20-A. Senadatt Peth is one of those old-school parts of Pune that has a lot of character. It’s not like the new shiny parts of the city. Things move a bit differently here. We’ve been doing this for a while now, mostly building and promoting projects around the city. It’s a small office, so you won’t find a big reception desk or anything fancy when you walk in. Usually, it’s just a couple of us sitting around desks covered in blueprints and files. We do our own thing and don’t really follow what the big corporate guys are doing. Building things in a city like Pune takes a lot of patience, especially with all the rules and the way the narrow streets are. We spend a lot of time out at sites and then come back here to finish the paperwork. It’s a lot of back and forth. People know us in the neighborhood, which is nice. We don’t do much advertising. Most people just find us by word of mouth or by seeing our signs at different sites. If you are looking for us, Senadatt Peth is the place to be. We are usually here during the day unless we are out looking at a new plot. That’s pretty much us in a nutshell. It is just hard work and keeping our promises to the people who trust us.
