Omega Concepts

Omega Concepts is located at shop seven in the Hermex Complex. It’s right on Dhole Patil Road, which is always busy with traffic and people heading to the various offices and cafes around here. We’ve been operating out of this small space for quite some time now. Our work mostly involves interiors and the basic stuff people need to set up a workspace or a home. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze in the office sometimes, especially when we have samples lying around on the desks. We spend a lot of our day dealing with local suppliers and talking to people who walk in off the street wanting to change something in their house. The building itself has been around for years, so everyone in the complex knows each other. We usually grab tea from the stall nearby and chat with the other shop owners while waiting for deliveries. It’s not the kind of place with a big reception desk or anything. You just walk in and we’re right there working. Sometimes the phone rings non-stop and other times it’s quiet enough to actually get some paperwork done. We handle things as they come. People mostly find us because they live or work in the Dhole Patil Road area and saw our sign while walking to the bus stop or parking their bikes. It’s just a normal day-to-day operation where we try to get things sorted for whoever needs help without making a big production out of it.
