Om Shree Developers Shivajinagar Model Colony Pune

We are based out of Pratamesh Apartment, specifically Flat No 6 over in Yashawantanagar, Kharadi. Even though our name mentions Shivajinagar and Model Colony, our current daily operations happen here in the Kharadi area of Pune. It’s a bit of a trek between the two spots sometimes. We started out focusing on small residential projects because that’s what we understand. Dealing with land and buildings in Pune involves a lot of paperwork and waiting around at government offices, which is never fun. Our office isn’t much to look at, just a few desks and a lot of floor plans rolled up in the corners. We spend more time out at sites than sitting here anyway. Construction is a tough business with the weather and getting materials delivered on time, but we’ve been at it for a while now. We know the local vendors and the guys who do the masonry work. It’s mostly about making sure the walls are straight and the plumbing doesn't leak later on. People in Pune are picky about their homes, and they should be. Moving around Pune traffic can take hours, so we try to plan our site visits for early morning. We don't have any big awards or shiny brochures to show you. We just show you the houses we've already finished and let you talk to the people living in them. Sometimes we get frustrated with the rain delays, but you can't fight the weather.
