Working out of the Pune and Nashik corridor with Om Sairam Logistics keeps us pretty busy most days. The road between these two cities is practically our second home. We spend a lot of time dealing with the logistics of moving goods back and forth, and it’s rarely a quiet day. We aren't a giant company with fancy robots; it is just real people answering phones and making sure the trucks don't get stuck somewhere. Sometimes the weather makes the Nashik highway a bit of a nightmare, but we have seen it all before. We know the local shortcuts and which dhabas the drivers prefer to stop at when they need a break. It's a lot of hard work and sometimes we get a bit stressed when a deadline is tight, but we just keep at it. Our team is small, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything, from loading crates to checking the logs. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we do. We just try to get things from point A to point B without too much fuss. Most of us have been in this trade for years, so we understand how much people rely on their stuff arriving on time.
