Our office is over at Flat No. 5 in the Shree Shwetayan Palace, which is near Shivaji Park in New Sangvi. Specifically, we are in Gali No. 5, so it can be a little tricky to find the first time if you aren't looking closely. We do development work, which usually means spending a lot of time looking at blueprints and talking to contractors on the phone. It’s not a big fancy office with a view, just a regular flat where we keep all our documents and maps. Most of our work is centered around the New Sangvi area because that’s where we know the land and the people. We’ve been doing this for a while, and we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. Some days we are out on site getting our shoes dirty, and other days we are just sitting here trying to sort out permits and legal stuff. It’s a lot of back and forth, and things rarely go exactly as planned, but we just deal with it. We don't have a big staff, just a couple of us who know the ropes. If you drop by, you might find us having a quick lunch between site visits. We just focus on getting the buildings done and making sure everything is square. It’s just how we make a living here near Shivaji Park.
