Om S Developers

Om S Developers is located over in Kothrud, tucked away on S S Lane at 81/6. It is a relatively quiet spot compared to the main roads nearby, which is something we actually prefer. The office isn’t much to look at from the street, just a regular door in a familiar lane. We spend a lot of our time here going over project details and meeting with people about various sites. Kothrud has grown so much lately, and being at 81/6 puts us right in the thick of that development. We usually have maps spread out over the tables and a few samples of building materials lying around in the corners. It’s a little messy, but we know exactly where everything is located. People often just drop by because they saw our name or heard about us from someone else in the neighborhood. We don’t do big presentations or anything fancy. Usually, it is just us sitting down with a pen and a piece of scrap paper to figure things out. The lane can get a bit cramped with parked bikes, but that is just part of the local charm. We have been here long enough that the nearby shopkeepers know our daily routine. Working in development means a lot of waiting for approvals and talking to various contractors, so this office serves as our home base for all that. We keep it simple and focus on the practical side of building.
