Om Logistics Ltd

We operate Om Logistics Ltd out of Sharda Gardens in the Chinchwad area of Pune. Specifically, we’re in Building 18, Flat 32. It’s more of a home-base setup than a glass office building, which suits us fine. S.S. Shinde is the one who keeps everything together around here. Living and working in Gowde Colony means we are right in the middle of things. Logistics is a tough business because there are always moving parts that don't want to cooperate. We spend a lot of time on our phones, talking to drivers and warehouse people. It’s noisy and sometimes stressful. We handle a lot of different types of cargo. Some days it's easy, other days everything seems to go wrong at once. We’ve grown used to the rhythm of Chinchwad. The office is usually full of files and old coffee mugs. We don't spend much on decorating because we're mostly focused on the trucks. It’s a lot of counting and checking and double-checking. We try to be honest about how long things take. Traffic in Pune can be a nightmare, so we always tell people to be a bit patient. We're just a group of people working hard to make sure shipments get where they need to go. It isn't a glamorous life, but it’s what we know how to do. Most of us have been in this line of work for years. We just take each day as it comes and try to keep our trucks moving along the road.
