We are located at 1, Banu Apartments on Dastur Meher Road in the Camp area of Pune. Camp is one of those places that has a lot of history, and the building we are in definitely shows its age. It’s an apartment building that’s been used for offices for a long time, so it has a different feel than a modern complex. The hallways are a bit dark, and the stairs are worn down from years of people walking up and down. Inside our space, it’s all business. We handle logistics, so we are constantly dealing with schedules, routes, and a lot of phone calls. The noise from the street below is constant—horns, people talking, and the general bustle of Pune. We’ve got desks squeezed in wherever they fit, and there are always stacks of paper that need to be filed away. It’s a bit of a squeeze when everyone is in the office at the same time. We usually have a pot of tea going, and someone is always coming in with a packet of biscuits to share. There’s no corporate dress code or anything like that; we just wear what’s comfortable for a long day of work. The windows don’t always open properly, and the ceiling fans have a bit of a wobble, but it’s our space and we’re used to its quirks. We just focus on getting the jobs done and keeping things moving through the city.
